Move a tag of a project template onto a version
Point a tag at one version of this template, creating the tag if it does not exist yet. The version may be older than the one the tag points at now, and it may be archived — a create through the tag then fails until the version is active again. A version that belongs to another template answers 404. The response carries the version the tag points at after the move. Requires the project admin role.
